Took my 3 kids and sat there for over an hour. They told me it was because they were busy, there was only 2 other patients and a total of 3 nurse practitioners on duty. I went back a few times and seen them chit chatting. Finally they send Stephanie in, who has absolutely no idea what she’s doing! I tried asking her a few questions and she had no idea how to answer them. Shouldn’t nurse practitioners know about sicknesses? Kids had sore throats that were red. Brought them last week and all the tests were negative, yet their throats got worse and redder. But yet again, the tests were negative. I had it with that place. That’s not the first time that’s happened. Took my kids to another doctor and they came out positive for strep. I told told Stephanie I wanted someone with a little more experience sine this is an ongoing issue and the tests were negative again. That’s the first time I’ve ever seen her and it’s her first medical job, so I’m sorry but I didn’t want my kids misdiagnosed and I wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on. So she left the room and never came back. I waited a few more minutes and went to the back again and asked if my kids were going to be seen and explained to them how I was in a lot of pain myself and needed to go to the emergency room. They told me the office manager was coming to talk to me. Ok. Here comes what looks like an 18 year old child with absolutely no experience. Macy. Does she even have kids to be able to relate with us parents? How can someone be in that position who has no life experience? So she told me that my kids wouldn’t be able to be seen there anymore, like that was something bad lol. I work 50+ hours a week and am always so tired but have been wanting to change my kids to hope pediatrics since they came to Dublin, now I got the push I needed. The staff there is awesome! Dr Soos doesn’t care about his patients at all. My kids have been misdiagnosed 3 times (probably more) at Dr Soos office. One Dr didn’t even know what my daughters eczema looked like! She made a cringe face and said “what’s that?” Nothing but young girls at this office, who care more about chit chatting than actual kids. And of course, you try and reach Dr Soos and you’re never able to. So thank you for giving me the push I needed to transfer my kids. Horrible customer service, horrible and inexperienced young girls. With Nps who can’t even tell you what eczema looks like
